Dennis Melin
Founder and President of the Board of Directors
Dennis founded Public Partnership in June, 2015, & since then has helped many Arizonans in NEED annually CLAIM & RECEIVE their share of the Hundreds of Millions of Dollars being held in Arizona for their benefit! He has valuable experience as the former Treasurer and/or Member of the Board of Directors of various Tucson Nonprofits.
Dennis started his business career in 1964 as a CPA (IL) in Chicago with PriceWaterhouse (now pwc-PriceWaterhouseCoopers) & then served as Treasurer & Chief Planning Officer of Illinois Central Gulf Railroad, a Regional Transportation Company with $1billion annual revenue & 20,000 employees.
In 1981 he & his family moved to Tucson where he became professionally licensed as a CPA (AZ), Mortgage Broker (AZ) & Real Estate Salesperson (AZ). Dennis has extensive experience in Arizona real estate & commercial mortgages, & has provided accounting, tax & consulting services to numerous clients, including a Tucson CPA Firm.
After retiring his AZ professional licenses a few years ago, he now provides accounting, tax & consulting services to clients through his Grumpy Old Marine LLC ("GOM LLC"), an Arizona limited liability company.
Dennis received his college/university education at Luther College (IA), Northwestern University (IL), & Stanford University (CA), & served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves 1964-1970. He & his wife, Nancee, were high school sweethearts; both were born & raised in Appleton MN.
Rebecca Ford, MSW, LCSW
Vice President of the Board of Directors
Rebecca has valuable experience as the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and/or Member of the Board of Directors of various Tucson Nonprofits. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona, her Master's Degree from Arizona State University, and is an Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Married to her high school sweetheart Toby, who's currently a high-level manager with a major U.S. technology firm, they have 2 adult Arizonans. Mr. Melin is Rebecca's father.
Jeff Iorio
Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of Directors
Jeff is a life and health insurance specialist with extensive experience in marketing, legacy planning, and finance. He and his business partner own and operate Tucson's Moore Financial Strategies (MooreFS.com) and Strategic Advisors Group.
Jeff is also the sole-owner/operator of Tucson's Iorio Incorporated, an Arizona corporation, which is a Tucson rental property owner/manager, an Authorized IRS e-file Provider that e-files the Income Tax Returns prepared by Mr. Melin's GOM LLC, and an Arizona licensed general contractor that previously installed over 7,200 miles of fiber optic and coaxial cables throughout the U.S.
As a private pilot, Jeff takes every opportunity to visit clients and family throughout the country. Married to Lilly Duran-Iorio, each have adult children who currently live out of state.
